Delivery quality

We will fulfill our terms of delivery

Føre AS does its best to ensure that you as a customer receive good quality electricity. We therefore have many routines to fulfill our terms of delivery. Some of you may have been contacted by us in connection with an earth fault, or that something else in the installation is disturbing our network. The local electricity regulator (DLE) then issues orders for rectification.

However, not all faults and disruptions are captured. We are therefore grateful for feedback from customers who notice disturbances on the network. Complaints will be registered in our internal control system, and measurements will be taken at whistleblowers. If a deviation is found, we will follow our routines to close the deviation.
