Info about ground faults
Have you been notified that there is an earth fault in your installation? Or do you want to report an earth fault?
Føre takes measurements in the low-voltage grid to monitor where earth faults occur. If you have been notified by us that an earth fault has been registered in your facility, the fault must be corrected within 2 weeks.
If earth faults are not rectified within 4 weeks, the Regulations on electrical supply systems require the system to be disconnected (Section 5-2).
Contact your installer for assistance with troubleshooting and error correction.
If you have discovered a ground fault in a facility, you can notify us by sending us an email to firmapost@foere.net.
If Føre is notified of a fault that has not been detected by measurements, we will find out which customer has the fault, and the customer will have 2 weeks to correct the fault.
Photovoltaic systems and earth faults
Føre constantly receives reports of photovoltaic systems that do not work due to earth faults. Føre follows the standard procedure for rectifying earth faults, and cannot impose anything beyond this on customers.
