Distance requirements to grid facilities
When building or preparing an area, it’s important to check the distances to grid facilities in the area in advance.
Network installations can be overhead lines, underground cables or substations. DSB (Directorate for Civil Protection and Emergency Preparedness) has defined rules for the minimum distances that must be adhered to in order to ensure the safety of buildings, public places, etc.
The no-build zone is registered. Those responsible for exceeding the no-build zone will largely have to bear the costs of any relocation of the power line, which in practice may mean that demolition of the building will be the cheapest solution.
