We must meet our delivery conditions
Føre AS does its best to ensure that you as a customer get electricity with good quality. We therefore have many routines for fulfilling our delivery conditions. Some of you may have been contacted by us in connection with earth faults, or that something else in the facility is interfering with our network. The local electricity inspectorate (DLE) then issues an order for improvement.
However, not all faults and disturbances we catch. We are therefore grateful for feedback from customers who discover disruptions online. Inquiries will be registered in our internal control system, and measurements will be made at alerts.
