Planned power outages

Before a planned power outage, we send out a notice of this. The warning will contain the date and time of the power outage.

Sometimes we need to disconnect the power to perform the necessary mains maintenance. We work as fast as possible and the power can come back faster than planned. In some cases, we get an unforeseen situation and the power outage takes longer than planned.

NOTICE OF PLANNED POWER STOP
Before a planned power outage, we send an SMS, e-mail or letter to affected customers. This is normally sent seven days before the power outage. Here is the date and time of the planned stop. If you have not been notified, we are missing your contact information. It is the customer's responsibility to update their contact information. You can enter this by logging in My page .

WRONG PERSON WAS NOTIFIED
We send notification of the planned power outage to the person who is registered with the grid rent. If the notification is to be sent to someone else, this can be changed My page .

WHEN DOES THE POWER RETURN
The notice of planned power outage states the start and end time of the planned outage. You can also find it in the interruption overview. Zoom in on your area and tap the scheduled stop. There you will find the estimated end time.
